Everybody should choose a shift he or she likes, like doors, bar, setup etc. . The distribution of the tasks should be a fair process, so what was better than doing it on the internet?
Everybody got the link and was able to register. Most tasks were assigned – in our organization we used Groupsheet (this name hadn’t existed yet) very successful, so we want to share it with the world now!

We created a version for only this event in 2007, but now we programmed a new version with the same usability concept, but now everybody can create his own project or event!
